A friend of mine gave me this CD long before I had a chance to see the associated movie, and I've been in love with the soundtrack ever since. You might accuse me of falling for sweet vocalists and songs sung by Kawaii, little-girl-ish voices, but in spite of such accusations, I maintain that it is the enchanting BGM tracks which keep this CD spinning in my CD player. The music in general follows classical form, with some interesting alternate, synthesized instruments added to good effect. There is also some variety in the mood of the CD, from the keening vocals accompanied by a soulful orchestra, to more peaceful and harmonious works, to some very playful and festive tunes.
