Nozomi Snags Maria-sama Ga Miteru
Nozomi Entertainment announced that they acquired the rights to Maria Watches Over Us (Maria-sama ga Miteru). The series will be released in season box-sets. Each DVD set will include the character specials, which are comedic shorts featuring super-deformed versions of the show's cast. The first box set is due in summer, 2008. Maria Watches Over Us has currently finished two 13-episode seasons and 5 OVAs. A third and fourth season are currently in production in Japan.
