Further Fansub Fun
ElfShadow (Editor) — July 17th, 2000 — 7:55 PM
This "week" boasts a slightly larger offering of fansub goodness, sparked off by SAHA delivering their promised pair, the first volumes of both Jubei-chan and Houshin Engi. Those interested in Jubei-chan should be aware that it is not scheduled for distribution, given Bandai's domestic plans for the series--SAHA just made the announcement for the volume's sponsors, who can now enjoy the perverse pleasure of being the objects of envy of those anxiously awaiting the series' commercial release. Thankfully, the rest of the offerings, including the aforementioned Houshin Engi, are not exclusive releases. First of all, from Itsuka Anime comes Volume 3 of Kaikan Phrase, bringing them more than a quarter of a way through the 44 episode tv series. Secondly, Phoenix-Karma Chapter was completed by Lupin Gang Anime. And rounding off the list comes Volume 11 of Card Captor Sakura (episodes 40-43, from the second tv season) from Studio Wabee! Get your copy today, before Nelvana butchers it :P
Why was "week" placed in quotations? Why has ElfShadow left off all of the dates? Suffice to say, all these releases came after he did the research for the last update.....and that any further questions about the subject will be answered per ElfShadow's favorite Lieutenant of Darkness, Xelloss: "Sore wa....himitsu desu!"
