Bandai announced that they will likely release Magical Meow Meow Taruto, Overman King Gainer, and Scrapped Princess in early 2005. The Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex (Volume 3) special edition DVD will include a Stand Alone Complex t-shirt, while Scrapped Princess has a limited edition planned. The bonus is unknown, but Bandai hinted at a bonus being made for each volume.

ADV Films announced their acquisition of the license to Madlax. FUNimation announced that they acquired the license to Samurai 7.
