Both loved and reviled in the anime world, Macek is famous for his work on Robotech, as well as his influence at Streamline Pictures.

TOKYOPOP has announced that they will be releasing three new titles to join the ranks of their ever-expanding manga line. Karma Club: Attack of the Green Goo, The Slayers, and CLAMP School Case Files: Paranormal Investigators will be joining the company's ranks. All three titles will see a release date of September 7.

ADV Films has announced that they have acquired the rights to Puni Puni Poemy (also known as Puni Puni Poemi).
