At a mini-con at the University of Houston, ADV made a startling number of announcements. To begin, ADV announced that they have acquired the rights to Get Backers, Mezzo Forte TV, and Hello Kitty: Sanrio Paradise.
Moving to ADV Manga, ADV announced that they now own the rights to publish a startling number of new series, which include the following:

After discussing their upcoming manga titles, ADV moved on to their ever-growing Anime Network. ADV has officially added City Hunter 3, City Hunter '91, and Comic Party to its ever-growing lineup. The City Hunter series will both see subtitled airings.
Word has been abuzz about Del Rey since Ken Akamatsu has posted that his manga series Negima will be edited in its transition to America. However, Del-Rey has now formally announced that they do not plan to edit the book, but will shrinkwrap copies with a label that states the book is explicitly for a 16+ crowd.
Geneon has decided to add a pack-in extra that will likely strike a few chords with former patrons of Pioneer/Geneon VHS releases. Each volume of the series Texhnolyze will be packaged with a lenticular onsert while supplies last.
AIC has announced that the third episode of the third Tenchi Muyo OVA series has been delayed to March 27, 2004.
Konami has announced that they will be developing a multimedia project titled Get Ride! Amdriver. In the vein of .hack, the project will incluse an anime series, a Game Boy Advance title, and manga published in Coro Coro Comics Magazine.
