Bandai's Burning Up the Price Lists Just in Time for the Annies!

Millenium Actress has been nominated for Annie Awards for Outstanding Achievement in an Animated Theatrical Feature,Directing in an Animated Feature Production, Voice Acting in an Animated Feature Production, and Writing in an Animated Feature Production. The Animatrix has also been nominated for Outstanding Achievement in an Animated Home Entertainment Production. The voting is still ongoing, and the winners will be announced on February 7.
Bandai has announced that they will be reissuing several titles at lower price points in March. The repricings are listed below:
The Blue Submarine No. 6 Special Edition will be repriced at $29.98.
Cowboy Bebop: Best Sessions wil be repriced at $19.98.
Every volume of Crest of the Stars will see a drop to $19.98.
Escaflowne: the Motion Picture (Feature only) will be rereleased at $19.98
The Escaflowne TV series will be rereleased at a mere $14.98 per volume.
Fancy Lala will see a drastic drop in price to a mere $9.98 per volume.
Jin Roh: the Wolf Brigade (Regular Edition) will see a reprice at $19.98
The Jubei-chan DVD collection will be rereleased at $39.98.
Individual volumes of Jubei-chan will be repriced at $14.98 per volume.
Love Hina will see a lower price point at $24.98 per volume.
Mobile Suit Gundam: 08th MS Team (including Miller's Report) will be rereleased at $19.98 per volume.
Mobile Suit Gundam Wing will drop in price to $19.98 per volume.
Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack will be repriced at $19.98.
Outlaw Star will be rereleased at $29.98 per volume, or $59.98 for the boxed set.
