Geneshaft Wins Over TechTV as TOKYOPOP Expands its Roster

TOKYOPOP has hired Bill Josey and Masashi "Sho"Matsuhashi in an effort to support its impressive growth. Bill Josey, who will be filling the position of General Counsel and Vice President, has served at FOX entertainment as Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs for 25 years, and hopes to expand TOKYOPOP's ventures into television and film. Matsuhashi,former General Manager of the Business Operations Division for Virgin Cinemas Japan, will be joining TOKYOPOP as the Tokyo Office General Manager. Matsuhashi plans to focus on acquisitions, property development, sales expansion, investor relations, and co-production projects.
