Disney Monsters in Manga
TOKYOPOP announced on Tuesday that they will publish a graphic novel based on the Disney/Pixar property Monsters, Inc.
TOKYOPOP's 104-page paperback manga version of Monsters, Inc., which also included collectible stickers of the entire monster cast. The manga will be released in October 2002, right after the film's DVD/VHS release.
For those unfamiliar with the story of Monsters, Inc. the story follows an elite group of monsters who scare children at night to get scream energy, which powers their city. However, the monsters' world is turned upside down when Sully, one of the monsters, accidentally lets a little human girl into their world.
