Escaflowne Returns...
Many anime fans were definitely excited to pick up the just released Escaflowne - Ultimate Edition DVD Set. Unfortunately, Bandai ran itself into a bit of a snag. A small number of customers found that the Ultimate Edition “feature” disc would freeze at the 12th Chapter. However, the nice customer service department over at Bandai are compensating for this. If you purchased one of the Ultimate Edition copies with a defective feature disc in Canada or the United States and also currently reside in one of the two countries, you can contact support@bandai-ent.com for further directions on how to get a replacement disc.
