Zoids Goes GameCube
Currently being shown on the Cartoon Network's Toonami block, Zoids fans will soon be able to take control of their favorite Zoids on the GameCube. Tomy recently announced this new action game based on the franchise, called Zoids VS, and revealed that the game will feature gameplay similar to Virtual On and Armored Core. Players will be able to choose between 40 different giant robots to assume control of in combat.
Zoids VS won't be the first game based on the Zoids franchise, however. Several handheld games have also been released in Japan, including one for the GameBoy Color, as well as Zoids Saga for the GameBoy Advance.
