San Diego Comic Con 2008: Tekkonkinkreet Wins Eisner Award

Viz Media announced that their release of Taiyo Matsumoto's Tekkonkinkreet: Black & White was awarded the 2008 Eisner Award for Best U.S. Edition of International Material - Japan. Tekkonkinkreet is the second-ever winner of the award for the category, and the only manga title to win an Eisner award this year.
Viz Media recently re-released TekkonKinkreet: Black & White in an omnibus that collects all three volumes of the title.
