Sony Launches PSN Video StoreTags: digital distribution, FUNimation, PSN, Sony Sony has officially launched the PlayStation online video store as part of its Playstation Network service. In addition, the first two seasons of Sony Entertainment's Astro Boy are available on the service. Studio BONES and Sony Computer Entertainment working together to offer Xam'd: Lost Memories, a PlayStation Network exclusive as of press time. Title rentals for the FUNimation titles begin at $1.99 for standard definition broadcast. Xam'd is available in standard definition at $2.99 per standard-definition episode, and $3.99 per high-definition episode.
