FUNimation Acquires Geneon Back-Catalog

FUNimation announced that they have entered a distribution partnership with Geneon USA. Under the agreement, FUNimation will gain exclusive manufacturing, marketing, and distribution rights to titles such as Ergo Proxy, Black Lagoon, and Hellsing Ultimate. The first scheduled release is the special edition of Hellsing Ultimate.
The press release specifically mentions several titles as part of the agreement, which include the following:

- Hellsing Ultimate

As of press time, FUNimation have not stated when they plan to begin releasing Geneon's properties.
