Kannagi's English Dark Lords Negotiate with DrMaster's Evangelion

Anime on DVD reports that ADV Films has entered a partnership with Lace Digital Media. The partnership will place Lace in charge of ADV's sales and distribution through the UK and Europe. Currently, no details have been announced regarding schedules or the titles that have been placed on hiatus.
Japanese publisher Ichijinsha recently announced plans for an anime adaptation of Eri Takenashi's Kannagi. No details on episode count or a premiere date have been revealed as of press time.
Geneon Entertainment announced that ImaginAsian TV will air the second season of Kyo Kara Maoh! The broadcast will consist of every episode in the season, including the final twelve episodes that have not seen a DVD release.
According to ICv2, Cary Deacon, Navarre's CEO, announced that FUNimation is currently in negotiations with Geneon Entertainment. If negotiations are successful, FUNimation will acquire distribution rights to several Geneon properties. Which particular properties would be acquired are currently unknown.
DRMaster announced its acquisition of Madara Sai's manga adaptation of Kage Kara Mamoru! Kage Kara Mamoru! is based on a series of light novels with the same title. The Kage Kara Mamoru! manga will be debut under the title Mamoru the Shadow Protector in June. Seven Seas Entertainment currently owns the rights to the Kage Kara Mamoru! Light Novels, which will start hitting stores in October.
In a recent press release, Red Ant Enterprises announced its acquisition of Evangelion 1.0: You Are (not) Alone. No further details have been announced.
